Bob Keeley
General Chairperson GO-342, Delegate LCA-1951 & NY State Legislative Representative
Bob Keeley began his railroad career in 1983 as a Baggageman for Amtrak in New York City's Pennsylvania Station.  After working in many different positions protected by what eventually became TCU, he applied for and accepted a promotion to Yardmaster in 1995.

Having been raised in a family that appreciates the value of organized labor, Bob was always a vocal union member in good standing.  He sought his first Union position over a decade ago and in 1998 he was elected to represent Amtrak Yardmasters in NYC and Albany as Vice-Local Chairperson, and then became Local Chairperson in 1999.  Bob was elected to Vice General Chairperson in 2000 and, in 2005, he was elected to the position of General Chairperson GCA-342 and the LCA-1951 Delegate in 2007.

Every position within the Union has served to further Bob's education as an effective Labor Representative. He has enjoyed learning from and working with many other professional Union Representatives at all levels of service with this, our proud Union, as well as other Organizations.  However, nothing has given Bob  more pleasure nor greater honor then the opportunity to serve and represent the Yardmasters and Mechanical Supervisors (Foremen) on Amtrak, Conrail, CSXT and CPR/D&H.   This committee understands the importance of protecting and advancing our collective agreements and promoting the labor movement. To that end, Bob looks forward to working with all his Union brothers and sisters well into the future.

GO-342 Vice General Chairperson /
Bob Patterson is a strong union advocate and a proven leader.  This was first evidenced when he stepped up to replace his predecessor who served our Members well for more than 25 years and for reasons of a personal nature, resigned as UTU Local 1951 Chairperson.  Since then, Bob has been re-elected as the Local 1951 Chairperson, representing CSX Yardmasters from Dewitt to North Jersey and points East and then early 2011, he was elected as GO-342 Vice General Chairperson Freight.  Bob has handled many penalty time claims and grievances.  He has also vigorously defended our members in many discipline cases and assisted in the advancement of their appeals.

As an URSA member in good standing and union representative with more than two decades of experience, Dan was an integral part of the merger between his former union and our committee.  Since then, he has continued to demonstrate his strong union advocacy through his leadership.  Dan has consistently policed and is constantly promoting the Mechanical Supervisor's Agreement by initiating and advancing many penalty time claims and grievances.    You can contact Dan directly at jdm41@comcast.net

Charles "Dave" Cumby
GO-342 Secretary-Treasurer / LCA-1951 Local Chairperson Conrail Yardmasters (West)

Dave's family is steeped in railroad history and ardent union activists.  In fact, one of his brothers is a UTU Vice President.  However, not to be out done, Dave's dedication to serving the needs of our member's is only equaled by his eagerness to provide them with the best representation possible.  To that end, Dave actions resulted in the successful submission of penalty time claims and grievances.  You can contact Dave directly at davecumby@yahoo.com
